Interactive Christmas events between Greek Schools
December and Christmas
became ,for our project, the period of
preliminary contacts between the participating
Schools from Greece , Spain
and Italy.
Christmas charity Bazaars were organized in our Greek Schools with the creations and active participation of the students their Teachers and parents in a noble collaboration!!!
The results of the efforts, in a small sample, are here presented .
In the School web sites and on the twin space platform we also presented photos and educational material.
In 20th Primary School of Ilion , on 13th of December 2015 the School “Union of parents” organized a charity Cristmas bazaar, in the event Hall of the School, open to public.
It was a really successful event!!!
Children and their Teachers collaborated in order to create the gifts.
In the frame of our Visual Arts lesson we created Ecology gifts from recyclable materials.
Giving a second chance to materials we consider rubbish, we helped children to imagine and create something new with them. So, an old broken necklace, all kinds of materials, even a bottle become the source of inspiration.
Our pupils of 4th grade created wreaths and we can admire some of them below.
We exchanged Christmas cards with Italy and Spain !!
Also we shared ideas for Christmas creations
In 14th Primary School of Ilion , from 17 to 23 of December 2015 in our School events Hall , was organized our Christmas charity bazaar with the creations of our 5th and 6th grade students.
Under de supervision of their English Teachers: Helen Petraki, Anastasia Pasia and the Visual Arts Teacher: Theodora Chandrinou.
It was an event open to public and very successful !!!We can see below a small presentation of the exhibited creations.
