In his work, John Grant distills and dramatizes natural elements, transforming them into symbolic metaphors. The artist captures the essence of flowers, its sensuality and fragility; always represented with mystery and poetry. Exuberant in shape and color, the flowers had always been of symbolic importance. From the beginning of recorded history, men and women have assigned special meaning and significance to different flowers and plants.
