1. Fellowship Meal- Join us after 2nd service for our monthly fellowship meal! The theme is Mexican Food! Come and enjoy the meal and time to fellowship with your church family!

2. Called To Grow, Phase II Meeting. Please plan to join your church family on Sunday, May 19 from 4pm-5:30pm. This meeting will bring you up to speed on the CTG, Phase II project in terms of the scope, cost and timeline. You will learn about how this project will renew and refresh the Fellowship Hall, Restrooms, Offices, Foyer and Sanctuary! There will be a fun children’s activity time provided for ages 3ish to 9ish during this meeting.

3. The next Women’s Bible Study will be on May 16, 7pm at the home of Shona Ing. We will be studying the book Steps to Christ, Chapter 12: What to Do With Doubt.

4. Community Service Needs- Our community services is in need of donations of personal hygiene items and also plastic grocery sacks. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!

5. Social Committee Walk- Come Join us on a Nature Walk through the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge out off of 99W in Sherwood Sabbath afternoon May 18th. We will meet at the Refuge at 4pm. Hope to see you there.

6. TVA Job Openings- Tualatin Valley Academy is currently searching for candidates for a full time Office Manager. The school is also looking for people with experience working with children in a classroom setting to be a substitute for teachers or teacher’s assistant. If you are interested in joining a Christ-centered environment and love working with people and kids, please call the school at 503-649-5518 for details about the job description or send a resume and cover letter to principal@tvja.org.

7. Men’s Summit- The Oregon Conference Men’s Summit is happening May 31 - June 2 at Grove Christian Camp featuring Dave Schwinghammer, Oregon Conference VP for Administration. ■ Please pray for Brenda Payne’s brother, Robert, and his family who were in a serious car accident on Wednesday. Robert suffered a serious spinal injury but his wife and children are doing ok. Pray for strength, healing, and comfort as the entire family goes through this difficult time. (05/04)
