a) Reference Airport PS Case No. 200/19 dated 10.12.2019 u/s 18 (C)/28/29 of NDPS Act. On 10.12.2019 officer and force of CID, WB held raid at Airport PS area and arrested two (2) accused persons namely (1) Sudhir Kumar Yadav (25) s/o Lt. Gujar Yadav of village Geri, PO. Baraini, PS Chatra, District Chatra, Jharkhand, (2) Dipak Kumar Yadav (32) s/o Lt. Nageshwar Yadav of Do and recovered 4 kgs 105 grams of brown coloured sticky substance said to be opium.

b) Reference CID, WB Cyber PS Case No. 5/19 dated 10.12.19 u/s 415/416/418/419/420/467/468/469/471 IPC & 43/66C /66D I.T Act. On 10/11 .12.2019 a raid was conducted at the premises of “ Adeeba E – services Private Limited” address Godrej Genesis Building, Room No. 602, 6

th Floor, EP Block Sector V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata- 700091 and

arrested two (2) persons namely (1) Arabindo Pattnaik s/o Amarendu Pattnaik of Balaka, Flat No. 3/7 of Building A-11 of Rajhid Co- operative Housing society Ltd, PS New Town, Kolkata – 700156, (2) Ankur Majumdar (26) s/o Lt. Ashok Majumdar of Manikpur, Thakurpara, PO. Italgacha, PS Dum Dum, Kolkata- 700079 and recovered 2 Nos. of Hard-discs and some printouts from their possession which they used to misappropriate money from the victim clients.

c) Reference Pradhannagar PS Case No. 616/19 dt. 10.12.19 u/s 17B/23B/29 of NDPS Act. On 10.12.2019 DD Siliguri Police Commissionereate Police arrested one accused person namely Md. Anisur Rahaman (19) s/o Md. Mirajul Haque of Champasari more near Gopal height, PS Pradhan Nagar, District Darjeeling and recovered one sealed transparent thin plastic packet which contains 14.05 grams of brown sugar which is kept concealed inside the dicky of the scooty vide bearing No. WB- 74-AZ3851 from his possession.

d) Reference Techno City PS Case No. 7/19 dated 28.12.19 u/s 25/27 Arms Act.

On 28.12.19 officer and force of Techno PS Police held raid at Techno City PS area and arrested three (3) accused persons namely (1) Sabir Molla (23) s/o Lt. Akbar Molla of Molla para, Majumpur, PO. Khalisadi, PS Haroa, District North 24 parganas, (2) Md. Ali Molla @ Mofu Molla (36) s/o Samsher Ali Molla of Purba para Majumpur, PO. Khalisadi, PS Haroa, District North 24 parganas, and (3) Md. Jiarul Molla (38) s/o Lt. Ansar Molla of Uttarpara Majumpur, PO. Khalisadi, PS Haroa, District North 24 parganas and seized four (4) No. of country made pistol along with 06 rounds of 7.65 K.F ammunitions and 08 rounds of 8mm KF ammunitions from their possession.

e) Reference Jalpaiguri Cyber PS Case No. 23/19 dated 09.11.2019 u/s 419/420 IPC. On 28.12.2019 Jalpaiguri Cyber PS Police held raid at Habra PS area District North 24 parganas and arrested two accused persons namely (1) Sibbroto Chakraborty (36) s/o Anathbandhu of Hijalpukur, PS Habra, District North 24 parganas and (2) Sumit Dey (24) s/o Debkumar Dey of Machllandapur, PS Gobordanga, District North 24 parganas. The above noted accused persons were running a racket where they deceived victim persons by making phone calls and alured them for installation of mobile phone tower and took money for the installation in some fake bank accounts and thus cheated the people.

f) Reference Kharagpur Town PS Case No. 530/19 dated 23.12.19 u/s 20(b)(ii)(c) NDPS Act. On 23.12.2019 officer and force of CID, WB held raid at the house of Sanjoy Dolai (30) s/o Nripen Dolai of Puri Gate Goalapara, PS Kharagpur Town, District Paschim Medinipur and recovered 22 kgs 325 grams of Ganja from his possession.

g) Reference Shibpur PS Case No. 320/19 dated 3.9.19 u/s 407/420/465/467/468/120B IPC adding section 419/471 IPC. On 9.12.19 officer and force of CID, WB held raid and arrested two persons namely (1) Raju Prosad Bari s/o Lt. Nanhak Prosad Bari of 4E Shambhu Babu Lane 2
