Way of Raymond UCO
Raymond Group is a front runner in the Indian textiles market. Denim plant of Yavatmal is one of the largest Denim fabric producer in India. Raymond UCO Denim is well recognized in India and created a favorable image in international market.
Raymond Yavatmal has been very keen on energy conservation from the beginning and has adopted all the latest technology available for Energy conservation. Like LED Lights, Lighting with low voltage, street lights with LDR, EFF Motors , VFD used in almost all the application, Replacement/ up gradation of old machines, Renewable Energy & automation was to its highest level in any textile plant .
We believe energy conservation as the way of life and thus for the last three years we have Invested Lacs Rs.905 /- for ENCON & achieved Saving of Lacs Rs.518 /- .
Reduction of CO2 – 20000 MTWith this way we have surpass the PAT Target By Double.
Our aim is to become a role model to all the Denim manufacturing units in terms of Quality, Quantity and Efficient Utilization of ENERGY.

As per As National and Global SEC in concern there is no Such norms are available.
Our plant is a composite unit with no out sourcing. We have tried to find such plant and our competitor
is M/s, Arvind Mills in India but they have maximum Spinning and Weaving activity is out source.
Which mislead the SEC figure.
As we are DC in BEE PAT cycle program we have target of 5.97 % reduction till 31st March -2019
and we are working on this. We have Over achieved Pat Cycle -1 By 1183 ESCerts.
And with our efforts we are in position to achieve same result in PAT Cycle –II.
We have 2015-16 consumption figure of (Sustainability Report2014-16)
Arvind Mills Denim Division is –
1. Power - 1.15 KWh/Mtr. ( Raymond UCO - 2.1 KWh/mtr)
