Cimbria dryers are designed on a modular basis in sections manufactured in seriesof which the types and sizes are formed by building together a number of modules,thus enabling any size to be economically constructed. Dantoaster FeedprocessorMicro-organisms and their waste products in foodstuffs constitute today a largeproblem for human beings and animals all over the world. Salmonella inchickens and pigs, aflatoxine in dried fruit as well as ochratoxins in pig feedare examples from the current debate.

Dantoaster’s wellknown Feedprocessor System is used increasingly - in Denmarkas well as in other European countries - as a high capacity and „low cost“technology for heattreatment and preservation within the foodstuff industry.Capacities from 10 - 30 t/h.

Fluid Band Dryers and Band CoolersThe Cimbria band Dryers and Coolers, Type BK, are primarly developed to processmaterial requiring careful treatment.The Band Dryers are primarly designed for drying of difficult material requiringgreat care for instance grass seed or especially wet products, where a predryingprocess may be advantageous. The Band Coolers are commonly used for coolingof feedpellets etc.Both are all steel heavy duty machines manufactured as standard in 2 to 10sections. The modular system permits virtually any number of sections to be addedeither in single row or in layers on top of each other. Furthermore, the modularsystem means fast delivery and installation. Capacities cooling from 3.4 - 20.4t/h and drying from 5.1 - 30.8 t/h.

Centri CoaterThe Cimbria HMD Centri Coater is designed for the coating of value added seedswith costly seed-treating materials. The system has continuous batch operationutilising a highly accurate electronic scale together with a highly accurate chemicaldosing system controlled by a PLC. The system provides improved seed coverageand more uniform distribution of treatment materials on the seed as compared totraditional continuous operating drum type treaters. Capacities from 1.8 - 40 t/h.

Dry StonerCimbria Heid Dry stoners are used to separate granular material according to itsspecific weight into two fractions and in dry material conditions. Belt conveyors, type GT & GV:Cimbria belt conveyors type GT and GV are fitted with a rubber conveyorbelt, and are suitable for the transportation of dry free flowing material suchas grain etc.The belt is a trough formed unit and runs on duplex support rollers or on tripartitesupport rollers. Square Grain SilosThe Cimbria silos, type SL, are manufactured in steel and are available in manydifferent arrangements with or without discharge hoppers.When the silos are supplied without hopper discharge, emptying can be donesatisfactorily at minimum cost using a standard grain auger. The silos are made instandard wall modules on 1500 mm, 2000 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm and 4000mm, and may be combined in various combinations.

Mobile ConveyorCimbria Videbæk poduces a wide range of mobile conveyors for easy stacking ofbulk goods in indoor or outdoor storage areas. The mobile conveyors aremanufactured in standard lengths from 5 – 18 m with belt width of either 500 or650 mm. They can, however, also be adapted to specific demands of the client.According to demand, in- and outlet chutes and cover can be added. The mobileconveyors are also available in a standard execution with a retrected frame toavoid the product overflowing the conveyor frame.

CyclofanThe Cimbria Cyclofan is a combination of a ventilator and a high-effective centrifugalseparator. It is very easy to install, it is space saving and results from„Biotechnological Institute“ show that it has a dust separating efficiency of morethan 98%. Capacities from 13.000 m3/h to 28.000 m3/h.

Super CyclofanCimbria’s Super Cyclofan is developed es-pecially witha view to minimize the dust leak even more. It has anunusually high dust separating efficiency of more than99% with the best energy utilisation. Capacities from12.500 m3/h to 36.500 m3/h.

AxifanThe Cimbria Axifan has a large air output combined with a dust separation ofheavy dust grains with an efficiency at almost 84%. The relatively low revolutionsresult in a lower noise level. Capacities from 34.000 m3/ to 44.000 m3/h.

Direct heating with GasCimbria’s line gas burner gives a homogeneous temperature by means of a burnerfull over the width of the dryer. Capacities from 480 Mcal/h to 5160 Mcal/h.

Direct heating with OilCimbria’s hot air furnace is delivered complete with an air mixing system whichgives a homogenous drying air temperature. Thefire chamber is in stainless steel and the furnacesare delivered with a very reliable burner foroil. Capacities from 660 Mcal/h to4.265 Mcal/h.

Indirect heating with water or steamThe Cimbria radiators are mounted directly onto the heat air chamber. A steady distribution ofthe heat is thereby obtained.The advantage with this system is that it can beused for utilising excess heat and it is alsorecommended for drying of consumer crops.

Mobile ReclaimerThe Cimbria Videbæk VMR 1000 Mobile Reclaimer has been especially developedfor the continuous loading to carries of bulk products from various kinds ofwarehouses - particularly the dome type warehouses.
