CIPS Designation Application Process
Upon completion of the 5 required courses…1.Complete the designation application located at realtor.org/global• Demonstrate 100 points of international expertise on
the application- 13 different categories to earn points.

2. There is a one time application fee of US$75.00 plus yearly membership dues. Dues are prorated based on the quarter in which you apply.

3. Submit application and payment via email, fax or mail to: [email protected]

*All credit card payments must be submitted online using the link on the application. Checks may be mailed with application.

4. CIPS team will review the application and contact you with any questions. This process can take up to two weeks.
5. Once the review process is complete CIPS team will email your official approval email with a link to access member benefits.
