first CIPS was opened under the PHARE program

experimental CIPS has started 1.12.1998

gradually we introduced the ZK

today we operate in 34 locations


Target Groups the unemployed, looking for information or career counselling when

serching for job or deciding for further education

employees, who are at risk of being made redundant

school children at all levels

university students

young drop- outs

parents, teachers and guidance practitioners, who are helping

with decision making regarding career path

information about the secondary, higher, colleges and universities and

academies

study abroad

information on student accommodation

financial assistance for education and training

employment possibilities - vacancies

manuals to write applications

computer-supported programmes for career planning


VICC provides the following services

lectures and presentations of the occupations
