Carry-on supporting other CIPS groups:
Basel, West-CH, Romaina, Italy, Ireland, West-Scotland
Connect to other institutions:
e.g. OME/Austria (on-going)... CIPS link to France... How about BME?
A recognition-drive with procurement executives could help us to build further momentum and provide a flow of speakers. e.g. via:
o Executive events: dinners
o Newsletter / personal mails
o High profile event, like a conference
Simply maintaining an up-to-date contacts list of them would be a start. Convert them to being CIPS members, etc.
Women in Procurement
• Senior Leadership team (8+ leaders) created subsequent to the WiP/Zurich event. It has a mix of Director/CPO and Managers
• 1st telecon already... ...... themes, ideas, concepts discussed
• Face-to-Face kick-off meeting 8th Feb 2017 Define vision/mission and list-out actions/activities
Feedback from CIPS Congress/Branch event November 2016 (1)

b/. Global membership "attrition/rotation". See appendix.
c/. New CIPS Group Membership Director: Andrew Coulcher
Post event topics, as a branch:-
1. Your top three challenges
2. Your top three hot topics; and
3. Your top three opportunities
Question for us: I wish CIPS would....?
Feedback from CIPS Congress/Branch event November 2016 (2)
Some thoughts from John:
• What do our CIPS-CH members want? Do a survey in 2017?
• Many CIPS-CH work for NGO’s. What to they want?
• Better/Easier overview of other events. What are the top
events? Both of which can help to inspire our list/themes
• An e-mail to all 2016 participants (non-members) offering a
one-off "special offer", e.g. No admin charge (- £50)
• CIPS has "customers" in CH. Who are they? Who are the
related leaders. Convert thoses teams into regular attendees
and event speakers
• Try hosting a CIPS-CH webinar in 2017
• Appendix
CIPS Branches, Congress and GBT = Global Board of Trustees
