CIS Commodity Inspection Services was established in 1989, but its origins go back to 1872 when the company Harry A. Niessink B.V. took charge of
inspecting barges and general cargo in Rotterdam Harbour.
CIS Commodity Inspection Services entered to Turkey market by CIS Karkont Inspection Services which established in 1999 in Izmir of Turkey.
