For Partners currently using Netformx DesignXpert, Netformx is the preferred Requirements-to-
Quote solution, while CCWis the preferred Quote to Order solution for Cisco partners & FieldSales
For more information on CCW and Netformx, see the Cisco and Netformx: Requirements-to-Order DataSheet and FAQ
Cisco Sales Engineers and Solutions Architects can use Netformx Discovery to discover andassess existing networks and Netformx DesignXpert to design, optimize, cross- and up-sell Ciscoproducts
Netformx will be used by our Partners for sharing designs between Cisco team members and theirdistributors and resellers
Netformx will continue to work with Cisco to enhance the capabilities and reduce the need for re-keying information and manual processes
Netformx integration with CCW will occur in two phases:
Phase 1:Netformx will enable the upload of Configsets to CCW from Netformx DesignXpert;will includethe ability to upload to legacy and CCW backend systems
Phase 2:Users will be able to "share" configsets and import from CCW to Netformx DesignXpert; fullintegration with CCW prior to legacy systems being retired
Cisco will continue to support Netformx UCS Advisor. Cisco subsidized UCS Advisor licenses forPartners will stop in July 2013, but a direct integration of the Netformx Design Expert and UCSAdvisor into CCW will allow partners a choice
