Belgian TakeAways -- FY20
● The Belgian Academy Support Center continues to develop a human network with in-person and online information sessions, demonstrations and workshops.
● The strength of BIASC is its independent and Olympic spirit, seeking collaboration both nationally and internationally.
● The Belgian Academy Support Center has an open mind to facilitate educational institutions and competence centers to be better prepared for the digital economy.
● In Flanders and Brussels we expect growth in career-ready courses thanks to the new Associate Degree programmes at Universities of Applied Sciences at 10 prominent Cisco Academies.
● In Wallonia we expect a considerable growth thanks to the collaboration with Digital Wallonia.
● In FY20 Ambassador Academy institutions will be involved in growing Networking Academy regionally. Mostly Ambassador institutions are Universities of Applied Sciences, one of the tasks being to support other type of education in the area. The TOP-25 Cisco Academies are regarded as Ambassador institutions.
