In addition, the circular door glassis sealed with a 7/8” rubber gasket to secure it in place while providing greaterstrength and rigidity.

• Lint CompartmentThe fine mesh lint screen cleans itself automatically by depositing lint into a large storage area for easy removal. Therefore, the mostefficient drying is achieved whileeliminating the need to manuallyclean the filter after each use.

• All Belt Drive SystemOur dryers are constructed with a self-adjusting tension idler, metal pulleys and sealed bearings for quiet operation and low maintenance.

• Galvanized Steel CylinderOur cylinders are constructed of galvanized steel to ensurea long life. Optionally available in stainless steel.

• Control UnitsOur Microprocessor control is state of the art.Computerized models feature 5 preset automatic

drying cycles with an option to further customize. ➧ Anti-Wrinkle Safety Tumble — if door is not opened at end of cycle, dryer tumbles toremove excess heat, preventingunnecessary wrinkling.

➧ Basket RPM Display — push and hold the start button and it displays RPM to let maintenance workers determine when belts need tightening.

• Airflow*Fabrics receive the most concentrated drying possible with minimum energy consumption, because the concentrated airflow pattern andsealed cylinder rims ensure that themaximum amount of warm air entersthe cylinder and passes through the clothes.

Our manual dual timer controlmodels allow operators to easily set both drying time andcool-down time.

Tumbler models are made to suit a variety of electrical service characteristics. See your CISSELL distributor for specifications. Door opening–22.68” (576 mm). Motor size (25 lb to 35 lb): fan–1/4HP (187 W); cylinder–1/4 HP (187 W). Air outlet diameter on CHD–25/CHD–30 –6” (152 mm); CHD–30 Stack/CHD–35 –8” (203 mm) with one manifold vent connection on CHD-30 Stack.
