Find Android Marketplace on your phone.

Search “myPhxAZ” in the marketplace and install the app.

Once installed, open the app and take a tour.

You can navigate this app by selecting an icon from the menu bar.

Select “Report Issue” within the app and this will demonstrate how citizens may file a complaint directly.

Citizens may choose the description of an issue they would like to report.

Include a photo(s).

Include a text or recorded audio note.

Set location using the phone’s GPS software.

Enter reporter information to enable the district to contact citizen on reported issue if needed.

Review & Submit

The complaint is then sent.
