Rule 3745-81-12 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) establishes the MCL of 0.080 milligrams per liter (mg/l) for TTHMs. Compliance with the MCL is based on a Running Annual Average (RAA) for the four (4) most recent quarterly results. The running annual average of TTHMs in the Celina water system is 0.037 mg/l. Additional information may be by obtained by contact- ing the following: T.
