2. Small Assembly Space (approx. 300 SF) • Direct connection to the Large Assembly Space. • Provides a space for the kitchen, meetings and children. • Occupancy: 20 people

Maximum Floor Area Allowances per Occupant
– Assembly without fixed seats: • Concentrated (chairs only – not fixed) = 7 net • Standing space = 5 net • Unconcentrated (tables and chairs) = 15 net
– Therefore, Large Assembly Space @ 1,200 SF • Concentrated (chairs only – not fixed) = 172 occupants • Standing space = 240 occupants • Unconcentrated (tables and chairs) = 80 occupants
– Therefore, Small Assembly Space @ 300 SF • Unconcentrated (tables and chairs) = 20 occupants
