Next Steps and Refinement

• First Draft Zoning By-law – now available

• Second Draft Zoning By-law

• Will consider all comments received on the First Draft Zoning By-law

• Nearly 1,700 site specific amendments to Zoning By-law 1-88

• Site specific amendments will be reviewed against the First Draft Zoning By-law –

anticipate most will be carried forward

• Second Draft Zoning By-law is targeted for release Fall 2019
