Objective of this program

• Build trust and energize individuals among different fields, professions, cultures and geographic regions

• Improve communication skills, create a culture of tolerance

• Develop high performance team with problem solving skills and strategies

• Create an environment conducive to risk taking • Resolve conflict within individuals and within groups• Visioning exercise
