Why not use all trash? Why not use all trash?By separating out wood waste, weBy separating out wood waste, weproduce a greater amount of powerproduce a greater amount of powerwith a smaller volume of waste. Thiswith a smaller volume of waste. Thisleads to higher efficiency, a lowerleads to higher efficiency, a loweremission profile, and allows otheremission profile, and allows otherwaste sources to be recycled for theirwaste sources to be recycled for theirbest use.best use.

Thermal Combustion Process Flow
Combustion begins in Primary Combustion Chamber through use of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Air.
Combustion gases dwell in Extended Zone for 1-2 seconds for complete combustion of biomass fuels.
Gases then enter the Heat Exchanger for thermal recovery.
Gases then enter high efficiency Cyclone/Emissions Control Device to eliminate unwanted particulates and fly-ash.
Clean gases exit the system through the stack.
All the while, the ID Fan maintains negative pressure throughout the system.
