2nd. Using literacy devices.literacy devices are important in poetry. There is simile, it compares to something with “like” or “as”. Metaphor, is names things as other things. Personification, gives a human quality to something none human. Hyperbole, exaggeration. Alliteration, a group of words starting with the same letter. Onomatopoeia, sound words. Repetition, repeating word or phrase.
