HOLIDAY HOMEWORK

TOPIC: MACHINES AROUND US

As the holidays have begun,

It’s time for us to have some fun.

It is time to see amazing movies,

And help our mama in making goodies.

We will make new friends and play lots of games,

Spend time with them and rise with a bright sun and know their names.

We got a big break from school,

To enjoy the vacation and stay cool.

We are free to do anything we like,

Playing, reading or riding our bike.

We will sleep on time,

And rise with a bright sun.

As the holidays have begun,

It’s time for us to have some fun.

Here are the ways by which you can make your holidays fun and learn at the same

time.

Go for a walk, talk about the things you see around.

Play indoor games like ludo, carom board, scrabble etc.

Help your parents in small household chores like cleaning the cupboards,

watering the plants, making the bed, etc.

Speak in English as much as possible.

Use the magiv words ‘SORRY’, ‘THANK YOU’, ‘EXCUSE ME’ and ‘PLEASE’

generously.

Read extensively.
