Tuel Mouta
Hike up this little peak that the First Nations callthe Sleeping Bualo to gain rewarding views o the
own o Ban, the winding Bow River below and themountains to the West, such as Mt. Bourgeau. Te trailstarts somewhat steeply but quickly relents into a series
o switchbacks that get you high up in no time.
Bourgeau Lake & Harvey Pass
Bourgeau Lake and the Harvey Pass area above itdeserve a ull days trip. Te trail climbs steeply through
a orest o lodgepole and spruce beore opening outinto meadows that lead to Bourgeau Lake. From there,continue 2.2km (310m up) past several smaller bodies
o water to the lake at Harvey Pass or impressive views
o Mt. Assiniboine, Te Matterhorn o the Rockies.

the use o ice cleats, available or rental in Ban.

along the 1 km interpretive boardwalk to the CosmicRay Station (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) andSanson Peak, where Norman Sanson used to live and

descending down the other side and around Mt. Edith,
or return the way you came.
