    3.1 PSWDO staff will determine the fund type of assistance, verify the date encoded, print, accomplish and attach the systemgenerated verification slip.

    3.2Then, forward the documents to other PSWDO staff for encoding in the PSWDO Management System, print the system generated intake sheet with certificate of eligibility accomplish verification slip and forward to other staff for transmittal.

We also plan to create a PSWDO FB Page toeasily connect and inform clients across the Province. Likewise, a monthly meetingwith all the City and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officers are doneand as part of our commitment, all programs and services under PSWDO are beingoriented at their level.
