The Lynx was born in Devon in June 2017, the result of four people having experienced first hand the world of “the Lodge”.

Dave as Sales Director at Pathfinder Homes, Karen as a purchaser and accountant, Steve as a Sales Exec for a manufacturer and founder at Shared Escapes and Mark from purchaser, park sales and supply.

Through their experiences in the industry they identified some of the repetitive problems facing Park Owners and formed The Lynx to supply a real solution to them.

Our aim at The Lynx is to provide service, service and more service, we don’t want to be a corporate company we want to have lasting partnerships with people who appreciate the hands on approach.

From “White Glove After Sales” to “Stunning Lodges” our goal is to put the Park first, not just until the big order comes in but always.

Forging relationships were we can help with Sales and Marketing to supplying a Lodge, where all you do is receive the keys to your purchase and enjoy.

TheLynx primary role is to provide a Link between you and potential purchasers, in a cost effective way. Dave our Sales Director has spent the last five years involved in the day to day selling of homes to Parks and the End User and brings his experience to the team at The Lynx. Mark our MD has also spent over 20 years at the coal face selling holiday products (Various UK Parks) and residential products (Barratt Homes) to the end user, fuse them together they bring a host of talent to your Project.

Lodge Supply

The Lynx supply their own custom built white label Lodges, designed by us and only available through The Lynx.

Our homes are manufactured by a number of the top Lodge Manufacturers, Prestige, Red Rose, Pathfinder & Cambrian.

The focus in not just about Lodge design, we provide undoubtedly the most comprehensive After Sales service in the industry.

To us its not about the order its about the service.

Every Lynx Lodge is personally supervised on delivery by an owner of the company or a senior Manager, every Lodge is checked by Lynx before it leaves the factory, you will be updated by email/text/telephone on every stage of your order.

After Sales

Although we don’t physically build Lodges its a Lynx from design, sale and most importantly After Sales.

A Lynx Lodge won’t just be a lodge it will be a White Glove pur-chase experience.

A Lodges come with LynxSure, the Lynx make sure that your home is delivered as expected, built as expected, completely tested prior to delivery, handed over by hand on site every time and along the way there are email/text/phone updates on the progress of your homes construction and an online After Sales service which will be second to none.

Our 24/7 helpline is manned throughout the year and our tradesman are local to you, we will ensure your home is up and running when we promise it.

We know what it’s like to be waiting on After Sales the Lynx experience will remove your headaches and let you get on with your business.

Bespoke Lodges

Bespoke at The Lynx is an enjoyable experience and the sky’s the limited when it comes to designing your own home our Interior Designer just loves to help customers put together a Bespoke Home and do things that perhaps are out of the box !

Our on site design studio lets you prowl through everything that’s on offer, our in house CAD design will bring your dream to life.

If your a Park operator, take the stress out of the Bespoke orders and let The Lynx do that all for you.

Lodge Finance

Whether you’re seasoned park operator or taking your first steps into the business we may be able to offer you finance to help assist your cash flow, 3,6 & 12 months terms available.

Working with reputable finance houses we can offer the option of a first class financed option, getting your venture started and or for continued business development, subject to status.

Own Land Planning

Own Land, it’s a dream for many to have a lodge on their own plot of land, however although many think you don’t need planning permission for a lodge I’m afraid you do, that’s where we can help and the good news is it’s FREE.

Our in-house Planning Consultants will take your dream and make it come true and if at the end of the process you purchase a Lodge from us all the planning work we do is FREE of charge. Ancillary Accommodation, Down Sizing, Parents At Home, Children At Home or even a Small Holiday Park we can hold your hand through the complete process.

We will draw up any plan for you even if its not being purchased through The Lynx.

You can choose from the prices given below and we will turn your job around within 14 days alternatively use our express service and we will complete it within 3 working days.

Need a lodge base ? Need a road ? we can help arrange that for you as well with our partners in Devon we can provide a full service for any lodge from the base to a full development.

Lodge Sales Website

We have all seen web sites offering to sell our homes, most like to charge a nice fee just to list your Park and add on all sorts of extras to give more exposure via the Web Site, we don’t need to tell you who they are.

Alternatively Shared Escapes our Lodge sales portal offers the whole package at a fixed annual fee of just £199, any enquiries are your leads not ours, you get free banner ads across the site forever and full access to host of extra services, its not Just Lodges its a complete web advertising site built to work and serve you, not us.

Marketing, it can be daunting to many Parks as it will be one of the most costly expenses and if not spent wisely can be wasteful.

The Lynx offer a complete Marketing service from website setup to social media management, its cost effective and fixed for Parks we supply homes to.

Our Management and Directors have specialised in Sales and Marketing for over twenty years. Experience is the key to Marketing, tried and tested methods are always the main stay of any campaign, but with new technology and the publics exposure to all forms of media devices keeping up with progression is key

Partnership Introductions

Need a rental agent for your Park ? We know them and have worked with them for years. Tech question regarding a Lodge we know a man that can.

You can call us at The Lynx anytime for a chat or an introduction to find the right answer quickly, the Directors have years of experience within the industry and love a chat and a challenge. .

On Site Sales

The Lynx provide a full on site sales service for Parks who want to just concentrate on running the Park and don’t want to enter the exciting world of Sales, all our Staff are fully trained in the Lodge Sale business and represent your Park professionally.

As with everything we do we are rewarded on results, so there is no wages to find for staff and we only get rewarded when we sell a home on your Park.

Many Parks will require the staff to represent them rather than The Lynx we can provide this service also, if not, our own uniformed staff will make sure that your clients will be greeted in a professional manner at all time, all sales are governed by the BH&HPA standards and contracts

TV Campaigns

Safety in numbers and Savings in numbers, the tried and tested media which is TV can be affordable and accessible through the buying power of The Lynx.

TV has evolved over the years and now you can pinpoint your potential clients, have a park in Devon then perhaps you need to target The Midlands.

Our TV Service will allow you to do that, we handle all the enquiries for you via our call centre and add them instantly to your CRM system.

Full analytic’ reports which can even give you the homes that have watched your advert, join our shared campaigns and you could focus your Park to over 100,000 potential clients for under £3,000. Sharing the costs across Parks makes this media affordable, join a TV campaign from just £2,200

Buy To Let

Buy To Let is one of the fastest growing areas for on Park Sales, but a lot of Parks don’t want the exposure of a guaran-tee to investors, but without the offering BTL isn’t so appeal-ing, worry not, at The Lynx we have an off the shelf Buy To Let product.

We can include your Park into our Buy To Let Portfolio. Rent-als must be done via Hoseasons, but we will give your client a minimum return on a Buy To Let purchase at your Park (nor-mally 8% pa), we will even do all the booking administration, cleaning and turnaround if required. Lodges Sales Web Site

Launching September 2017, Lynx Lodges sister company Shared Escapes launch a real alternative to the Web Sites offering exposure to the world wide web which is interactive and a drill down search site that realy does bring your Park to the masses. Shared Escapes have been in business for many years Marketing for the Park industry at different levels, they have in for the past three years dealt with all Planning Procedures for Pathfinder Homes.

Professional and easy to use the Shared Escapes Sales site will offer your Park the opportunity to present your offering through a site which concentrates not just on listing your Park but has a presence at the Main Lodge Shows, also the annual County Shows around the country.

The TV adverts which will also run for Lynx will feature the site and the good news is that your Park will have a full info listing for free and your Park will be online from day one, FREE.

There will be other packages available to allow you to feature your Park more fully but again this is a fixed price of just £199 per annum, which is optional. Lynx will feature their customers on all levels on rolling banner adverts and you will see from the snippet below the main USP will be the ability for the potential purchaser to search exactly what they are looking for.

Having been involved for many years with Parks, Manufacturers and Client orders we have experienced all ends of after sales within the business and even with a near perfect home After Sales response and timing can make a perfect experience turn into a very frustrating one.

That’s why at The Lynx we spend more time and invest more money into our after sales than any other department within the company.

From the moment a lodge is pur-chased the process of Customer Care begins, its not just about the order its about delivering a stress free home which meets the timetable you set, not after the order but before, a commitment to delivery and service agreed right at the start.

A live web portal to view/communi-cate/share live information 24/7.

Every customer gets their very own Online portal to be able to log on and view/add/comment on every aspect of what is happening with Orders, Production and View past history.

Pre Delivery

Every Lynx Lodge is inspected before it leaves the factory by a director of Lynx.

Prevention is always a great thing and at The Lynx we aim to ensure that every home delivered to a Park is in-spected by our team before it leaves the factory.

Its easier for work to take place facto-ry based than on site.

Once your lodge is ready we inspect pre pickup and we are always on site when it arrives to ensure that the lodge has travelled well.

Perhaps the down side maybe that as a Park owner we won’t hand over the keys until the home is sited, inspected and cleaned.
