Assembly Instructions:

Step 1: Cut a 12” x 20” rectangle of clear vinyl. Tip: Keeping the paper backing on will help reduce scratches during assembly process

Step 2: Trim the corners on one side of the vinyl Tip: A large curve at the corners will prevent the mask from catching on clothes

Page 2: clear vinyl. Tip - Roswell Firelabs · This will keep the vinyl from curling in to the mask user. Step 6: Insert foam into vinyl. The face shield is complete. Tip: Friction is enough

Step 4: Cut a 10” strip of fabric elastic band

Step 5: Staple the fabric elastic band onto the vinyl, using 4 staples per side. The band should overlap 1.5” on each side. Tip: Flip the cut vinyl such that it curls upward, then staple. This will keep the vinyl from curling in to the mask user.

Step 6: Insert foam into vinyl. The face shield is complete. Tip: Friction is enough to hold the foam strip in place while wearing. However, if desired, spray adhesive can be used

between foam and vinyl to keep foam permanently in place.

Measure 1.5” from edge Staple 4 staples per side
