WHAT IS A TEAM?

• A team is a group of teachers who teach the same group of students.

• All middle school students are randomly assigned to a team.

• The academic classes, lockers, and homerooms of students on each team are usually in close proximity.

• Teams are named by grade and letter, color, etc. such as 6A, 6B, or Team Gold.

• All teams are assigned students of all levels and abilities for the core classes of Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, with the exception of those who qualify for gifted, high achievers or special education.

WHO IS ON MY TEAM
