2019 Cleveland Heritage Medal Presentation Dinner

As a lasting testament to the recipients of the 2019 Cleveland Heritage

Medal, we offer the opportunity for friends, relatives and colleagues

to pay tribute to the Heritage Medal recipients with personalized

messages.

The Cleveland Heritage Medal Tribute Book will forever remind the

honorees and their families of the impact and influence they have

had on the community. The keepsake book will include a profile and

photographs of each Heritage Medal recipient. Three different Tribute

designs are available for you to customize your personal messages.

Businesses and non-profit organizations may also honor the Heritage

Medal recipients through a Tribute that describes the organization’s

relationship with the honoree. The Tribute may include the business’s

logo. However, the artwork and/or message cannot be

an advertisement.

Copies of the Cleveland Heritage Medal Tribute Book will be presented

to the honorees, their families and guests during the dinner awards

presentation, which will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at

the Cleveland City Hall Rotunda.

The closing date for reserving Tribute messages is Friday, October 11,

2019. The deadline for submitting all Tribute messages and

accompanying photographs and/or logos is Friday, October 18, 2019.
