A NOTE REGARDING THE HILTON MINNEAPOLISThe Hilton Minneapolis is currently undergoing an amazing renovation. Look at this!

For those of you staying at the Hilton during The Rendezvous, you will notice some temporary walls, a smaller lobby, etc. Some notes:

• Skywater is still operational. It has been temporarilyrelocated to the area next to the coffee cart in the lobby.

• If you are parking in the hotel parking ramp, you will needto access the lobby from the 2nd floor (you'll see signs inthe elevators and hallways).

• If you were a Hilton HHonors member when you madeyour reservation, and if you have a credit card associatedwith your HHonors account, you can use the Hilton HHonors app to check in to yourroom and can then use the digital key feature to get into your room - no need to stop atthe front desk.

• Dress in layers! Moving into the Convention Center could be a chilly experience, so dressaccordingly.

• The dress code for The Rendezvous is business casual.

• Bring your business cards and an ID in case you misplace your badge. You will need theseto get a replacement printed at Registration.

Under the age of 16 is allowed on the show

floor!

On-SiteMOVE-INClick here to see if you are on the targeted move-in list and can move in at 1:00pm on Wednesday. The 30 minute unloading time limit at the docks will be enforced. If you ship ALL of your booth items to the Advance Warehouse ahead of time, you may walk onto the show floor anytime after 1:00pm Wednesday. General move-in begins on Thursday at 7:00am. A limited number of first- come, first-served parking spaces are available in the marshalling yard in the back of the Convention Center. Yard Marshalls will direct you on where to go to purchase a parking pass.

REGISTRATIONMid-States requires you to have a badge to get on the show floor. If you did not bring your badge, you will need to come to Registration in Lobby D. Bring a photo ID and business card.

NEW ITEM AREA The New Item Area is available for suppliers to display new product. Space is available in Room 103D on a first-come, first-served basis and the room will close when full. Product can be dropped off during set-up days ONLY. Please affix the provided New Item sticker to your product noting company name, booth number and item price. No suppliers will be allowed in the room while it is open to the Members (show days). Samples need to be picked up after the close of the show. Samples left in the room will be donated.

SHOW SERVICESIf you need anything for your booth, see Brede Exposition Services in the back of the hall. If you need electrical or cleaning services, see the Convention Center Exhibitor Services office at the back of the hall. Mid-States will make up to 10 black and white copies at our Registration Desk. There is a UPS store in the Convention Center for color copies and/or other services.

MOVE OUT No early tear down allowedYou may begin breaking down your booth at noon on Sunday. Brede will deliver detailed move-out instructions to your booth.

At the Show FOOD• Lunch will be provided on show days (Friday/Saturday) for all attendees who signed up

on our website. Your badge is your entry into Ballroom A/B.

• There will be gluten free and vegetarian options at each lunch.

• Complimentary coffee, water and donuts will be available each morning of the show.

NEW SUPPLIER ORIENTATIONALL new suppliers are expected to attend this session on Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm in Room 101. You will learn all about Mid-States and its Members and how to make the most of your relationship. Our goal: to expedite your learning curve as a new Mid-States supplier. This two hour session will provide you with information that would literally take you several years to learn.

SHINDIG EVENTEveryone is invited to attend the Shindig on Friday night from 5:00pm-6:30pm! Last year, we had three dunk tanks and raised $12,000 for the National FFA Organization... Join us to see what fun-filled food and entertainment is in store this show! Complimentary coat and bag check will be available.
