BEC’s manufactured rail mounted stackers are rugged, operator-friendly and are designed taking into consideration the functional requirements.

Assembly shown broadly consists of :




Focusing on grab technology, we offer efficient, rational solutions to demands for quayside flexibility and are the perfect rigs for unloading materials with different bulk densities. As with continuous ship unloaders, they can be constructed, assembled, tested and commissioned off-site if necessary, then shipped to site and installed with minimal disruption to port activities.

Our Barge Unloader’s are economical, efficient unloading option when compared with alternate unloading methods. Our Unloader features a cleaner, less polluting operation with lower maintenance costs and power consumption. They provide an excellent overall unloading rate that allows faster barge and ship turnaround.

Feeder Breaker is Electro-Mechanical and is capable to receive ROM coal mixed with

sand stone directly from rear bottom discharge dumpers and break it down to 200 mm

size and of capacity 35 or 50 ton discharge on to an on-going belt conveyor.

The equipment is capable of continuous operation round the clock. It is robust enough

and of low height to suit the dumper discharge. It is capable of starting in choke feed

condition. It is able to deal with material in rainy season without adversely affecting its

performance parameters. The rated capacity of the Feeder Breaker shall be 500 TPH

at – 200 mm size.

Surge capacity allows haulage equipment to discharge mined

material at its maximum rate.

• Powerful rotary pick breaker reduces mined material to a

consistent, easily handled size.
