EXAMPLE:

• Protect openings in floors that lead to lower levels

• Protect with rails on at least three sides

• Prevent someone from falling to the floor below

• Identify all the potential tripping and fall hazards

• Use handrails

• Do not run

• Practice good housekeeping

• If surfaces are wet, dry them

• Remove ice
