At the dawn of 2009, after more than two decades of intense dedication to the community, fighting the good fight on behalf of Public Administration interests, it was time to fly as high as this, but more audacious.

It was not an adventure or a folly, as some people thought at that time, to relinquish the safety of public service to join the private sector, but the realization of a quietly and cherished dream, built on solid knowledge accumulated over countless mornings dedicated to the procedure analysis, afternoons of shared experiences in classrooms, nights engaged in doctrinal construction and daybreaks sacrificed to studies in search of constant improvement.

However, nothing would have been possible without the support of a selected group of loyal friends and competent professionals, one of them gives me the honor to join this lawyers society.

Thus AJ & Jacoby Fernandes Associated Lawyers was born, with a team of highly qualified and committed professionals to the guidance and protection of executing agents of public expenditure, as well as the advocacy of private entities that have an interest in providing its products and services to the public sector, but do not giving up the commitment principle of public interest defense.

AJ & Jacoby Fernandes Associated Lawyers was listed in the 2009 edition of the yearly Brazilian publication “Análise Advocacia 500” as one of the most admired offices in the country with less than a year of its foundation.

professionals of law dedicated to the litigation and consulting advocacy, it has its principal place of business and legal residence in Brasilia and acts in whole Brazilian territory.

Association specialized in provision of consulting service about public management, training, qualification, advising to managers of public and private entities in the areas of Tender, Administrative Contracts, Concession, Rendering and Demand of Accountability, Financial Law, Public Management and lawsuit in Audit Courts.
