Prestige Client Journey Putting the strategy in your utility procurement Initial meeting This is to assess and understand your needs. Working closely with our Clients as part of their management team, it is vital we understand our clients business plans and where the company is going over the next 510 years. Only this way will we be able to provide the most suitable and cost effective strategies for you moving forwards. Billing across energy, telecoms and IT will need to be provided and taken away from this meeting. Review and Proposal 510 working days Following on from the initial meeting, Prestige will complete our highly valuable review and proposal for you. This will be be done within 10 working days. You will receive both an electronic and hard copy for your records. Proposal accepted/declined Upon receiving the proposal document, Prestige will liaise with you and establish whether you would like to move forwards with our services. Either way, there is no direct cost at any point. Proposal Declined No further action is taken. You have still had a valuable exercise completed which can be kept for your records. Proposal Accepted Should you wish to proceed with our proposed strategy and service Prestige will request a signed letter of authority from yourself. This is normal practice in the TPI (Third party intermediary) market and safeguards clients against rogue consultants/brokers. It does not tie you into anything, nor mean you have to use our services. Dependant on the existing contractual agreements in place and the timing of the proposed strategy, Prestige will start acting when and as agreed per the proposal.
