STOP - Scope Tele Knowledge Operations Procedures
1. Minimum commitment after 1 day trial. With 1 agent (at cost to client,
no profit to Talk Bpo) is 3 months. Thereafter, 30 days notice is needed
to cancel or suspend contract.
2. 1 month deposit,1 month advance, is needed per agent per month.
Salary. Hence this will covers the 30 days termination.
3. European customers is €8.50 per hour, per agent outbound or
inbound & or back end operations. This rate sometimes include landline
rates. See clause no. 6.
4. For outbound campaigns, customer needs to provide lists and are
washed for DNCR – Do Not Call Register.

5. If client would like TalkBpo to take care of number 4 above, this has
to be charged at a premium rate because it's a fixed cost from Europe
and variable labour costs from Philippines.
6. Outbound Telecom charges are not included to mobile calls to EEC
from Philippines, in some cases though hourly quote per agent, per
month, may include calls to landlines. This has to be checked on the
nature of the campaign and a calculation to determine average length
of call during pilot test.
7. Accounts/Campaign need to scoped by us, Talk Bpo to determine
final quote for client to ensure transparencies.
8. Upon client receiving quote and accepts signed quote by them, the
pilot test will be initiated upon the cost of pilot test being deposited into
Talk Bpo's Australian or UK Bank Account.

9. Pilot test can be launched generally within 3-5 days notice.
10. Upon completion of Pilot Test the client will have 7 days to
engage to kick off, otherwise reserved assets are deployed to other
campaigns.
11. Upon engaging again with Talk Bpo after 7 days has lapsed,
Talkbpo will need another 7 days to activate campaign for client.
