CORE VALUES / MISSION & VISION
Zebramov, LLC is a 25 years old manufacturing company specialized in heat
treatment. For each of our 5 locations, we typically work with local businesses in
need of fast turn-around heat treatment for the part they produce.
Quality / Honesty / Customer Service
We would like to become the default name our customers and prospects thinks
of when they have urgent needs for heat treatment jobs.
PRIMARY FOCUS & CORE ACTIVITIES
We can execute any job in less than 48 hours because of our close
proximity with our customers.
We most likely will continue to open facilities in cities with large
manufacturing base. Probably at a pace of 1 location every two years.

Zebramov is still heavily relying on paper manifest for shop floor
operations. NetSuite has a module but we haven't investigated yet.Phone communication between the various offices is not efficient. Only
Chicago and Geneva have extension dialing.
We currently have weekly numbers provided by plant manager every
Friday night. These numbers are limited and require at least 2 hours for
him to generate.
We only use Excel at this point.
