Engineers BSG specified 4 Climaveneta TECS air-cooled units for the building’s air conditioning requirements. As a result of the chillers’ reduced dimensions, perfect comfort combines with highest efficiency, low noise and no adverse aesthetic impact to the building.

Built in one of the most rapidly transforming areas of Milan, the new B4 Boscolo Hotel is a 90 meters high iconic tower, that earned the prestigious Real Estate Award "Golden Brick" for the best hotel and tourism project of the year in June 2009.
