What we doWe support individuals who are over the age of 18 for around 2 years. Once we have made contact, we will pair you with one of our Employment Development Workers (EDW) who will arrange an initial meeting with you at a location in the community of your choice, somewhere you feel safe and comfortable. Throughout your time with us, we will use our Work Star to help support you to identify your wants and needs. Your Work Star, along with a support plan specific to you, will help you to track your progress and covers 7 areas, including: • Job-specific skills• Aspiration and motivation• Job search skills• Stability• Basic skills• Social skills• Challenges

By working together with your EDW to complete your Work Star and support plan, we can identify where we can help you to achieve your goals. This could be in relation to:

• Building your CV• Access to training and further education opportunities• Filling in application forms• Interview techniques• Offering support and advice on
