RX Request TaskPurpose: Used to prepare an Rx for transmission to the pharmacy.

To Complete: From the Rx Request task details on My Day, you can approve or deny an Rx request using the buttons at the bottom of the window.

Frequency: DailyNote: Unmatched Rx requests may also display in the task list, but will be categorized under the Prepare Rx Requests task type. You can include tasks of this type in your task list so that you are aware of pending unmatched Rx requests and can check the status of them. These tasks cannot be processed electronically until they are matched in the system and can only be matched by the Rx Preparation User before being task to the provider for approval. This user must be specified in the provider maintenance screen under preferences.

Rx Request Task

Transcription ReportPurpose: This report is used to show all unsealed notes by provider.

To Complete: From the select reports list in IntergyEHR, select Transcription Report for all document types listed as WIP (work in progress).

Frequency: Bi-weekly

Transcription Report

OB Due Date ReportPurpose: Used to generate a list of patients due for delivery within the specified EDD date range.

To Complete: From the IntergyEHR drop down menu select Reports>OB Due Date Report and run for specified date range.

Frequency: Daily

Lab Result RetrievalPurpose: Used to download lab results from the Clinician Lab Portal.To Complete: From the IntergyEHR drop down menu select Tools>Lab Information>EDI>Retrieve ResultsFrequency: Every Morning (Afternoon and Evening if needed)

Unmatched ResultsPurpose: Used to check the unmatched lab results Immediately following the lab result retrieval process. Each individual lab must be manually matched to either an existing patient or provider.To Complete: From the IntergyEHR drop down menu select Tools>Lab Information>Unmatched ResultsFrequency: Every Morning (Afternoon and Evening if needed)

Lab Administration

Lab Manifest and TransmissionPurpose: Used to Transmit Lab Order Requisitions to the specified lab vendor as well as print a manifest of the lab tests transmitted. To Complete: From the IntergyEHR drop down menu select Tools>Lab Information>EDI>Manifest and TransmissionFrequency: End of day and/or each lab courier pick up

Outstanding Lab Test ReportPurpose: Used to generate a list of tests that have been ordered from Intergy via Lab Portal Services that have not yet been resulted.To Complete: From the Lab Information window select Reports>Outstanding TestsFrequency: Daily

Unreviewed Lab Result ReportPurpose: Used to generate a list of lab results still pending review by the provider.

To Complete: From the Lab Information window select Reports>Lab Results. Be sure to check “Non-Reviewed only” option

Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Task Administration ReportPurpose: Used to generate a list of clinical tasks as a follow up tool to ensure tasks are being worked in an appropriate and timely fashion.

To Complete: From the select reports list in IntergyEHR, select Task Report and run for specified parameters.

Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Task Report

Open Orders ReportPurpose: Used to generate a list of open orders as a follow up tool to ensure orders are being worked in an appropriate and timely fashion.

To Complete: From the IntergyEHR drop down menu select Reports>Open Orders Report and run for specified parameters.

Frequency: Daily for Requested Status and bi-weekly for Ordered status
