Medieval Summer Camp Tues 5th, Wed 6th, Thurs 7th & Fri 8th August9.30-12.30pm (6-9yrs) & 2pm-5pm (10-13yrs)This year’s summer camp is ‘Museum of Medieval Mad-ness’. A mix of games, art & craft, reenactment and excava-tion. This medieval inspired camp will delight young ‘Lords and Ladies’ from 6-9 yrs and 10-13 yrs old. Admission: June early bird €65. Medieval Inn Trail Fri 8th August 7pmThe popular ‘Medieval Inn Trail’ returns with two routes and will coincide with the Clonmel Busking Festival. So, on Fri 8th August at 7pm meet at the Museum put on your costume for a night of medieval merriment around Clonmel town. Admission €10 includes samples of craft beers & nibbles through-out the night. Booking is essen-tial as numbers are limited. Contact the County Museum on 052-6134552. The Clonmel Busking Festival runs for four days every August. Its main aims are to provide a high quality FREE music event for Clonmel town while simultaneously collecting funds for Crumlin Children’s hospital. This year the festival is even bigger and better. Busking takes place during the day in Clonmel town centre, while at night a number of concerts take place in various venues throughout the town.

‘Clonmel’s Festival Cluain Meala’ 1st-10th August 2014

Last year our ‘Gathering of 3’ namely - the Suir Valley Cycling Festival, the Clonmel Busking Festival and the Medieval Walled Towns Day came together to create Clonmel’s ‘Festival Cluain Meala’. It was such a tremendous success we decided to do it again on the 1st - 10th
