Workshop Proceeding

Proceedings will be published online using the econf

system. There will be no paper version so that we do

not contribute to the global warming. The instruction

and templates will be placed on the proceedings page

of the workshop web site. The deadline for submission

is June 18th. Also, please note that it is the

responsibility of parallel session conveners that the

talks of the sessions be uploaded to the indico page.
