8. Auto-Donations-Youcanchoosetodonatesomeorallofyourunsolditems.Onlyitemsintheclothing,booksandshoescategorieswillbeaccepted.Theseitemswillnotbereturnedtoyou.Anyitemsnotincludedintheacceptablecategoriesmustbepickedupattheendofthesale.Categoriesaresubjecttochange.

• Printyourtagsusingthe“normal”or“draft”printsetting.Usingthe“bestquality”printsettingmaycausethebarcodetobleedwhichwillcauseproblemswhenthebarcodeisscannedatcheckout.

• Makesureyourprinterhasanewinkcartridgebeforeprinting,ifneeded,asthebarcodemustbeclearandcompletelyprinted.Anytagswithpartialbarcodesorpoorlyprintedbarcodeswillberejectedandnotallowedonthesalefloorastheywillnotscanproperlyatcheckout.

1.ChoosethePrintTagsoptionfromthelistorthebluemenubaratthetopofthepage.

2.Checktheboxattheleftforeachitemyouwanttoprintorchecktheboxatthetopofthelistonthelefttoselectallitems.

3.ChoosewhatTypeofTag.TheoptionsareFullTags,whichprintsout8tagsperpageonstandardletter-sized(8.5x11-inch)cardstockpapercontainingallthenecessaryinformationandLabels,whichwill

onlyprintthebarcode,sellernumber,anddonateandprint30perpageonmailinglabels(Averyorsimilar).

4.ClickGenerateTag(s)togenerateapdffilethatyoucaneithersaveonyourcomputeroraUSBsticktobeprintedlaterorprintedimmediately.Onceyouhavedonethis,youritemswillbemarkedasGeneratedunderthetagstatus.Thisletsyouknowwhichtagsyouhaveprintedandwhichyouhavenot.Ifyouprintyourtagsbutneverattachthemtoyouritems,youcanprintthemagain.Butdonotcopyorprintthesametagmorethanoncetouseonmorethanoneitemaseachbarcodeisuniqueandcanonlybecheckedoutonce.

PROTIP:Performatestprintaftercreatingthefirst8-24itemssoyoucancatchanyissueswithinputtedtextbeforeyoucontinue.Makesurethebarcodesarecrispandclearandthelinesdonotbleedtogether.

5.Cutthelabelsapartandattachthetagstoyouritems.

• Forclothing:useatagginggunorsafetypinsonly,nostraightpinsorstaples.

• Forfootwear:useelasticbandsorziptiesasappropriate.

• Forbooks:usemaskingorpainter’stapeONLY(noscotchtape,packingtape,ducttapeorother)toavoiddamagetotheitem.

• Forsmallitems(e.g.shoes,hats,mitts,belts,toyswithparts,etc.),completelyencloseinZiplocbagswiththesaletaginsideandclearlyvisibleoruseatagginggunifpossible.

• Forlargeitems(e.g.strollers,bouncers,otheritemswithmanuals),enclosethetagalongwiththemanualinaZiplocbagandattachthewholebagtotheitem.

• Fortoys:usemaskingtape,elasticsorziptiesasappropriate.

• Iftapingasaletagtoanobject,pleaseuseonlymaskingorpainter’stapeonTWOsidesoftagonly.Pleasedonotusepackingorducttapeasitmaydamagetheitem.

• MAXIMUMof20articlesperfamilyallowedinthe0–6monthcategory.IMPORTANT!TheonlinesystemwillgetlockedatnoononThursdaySeptember14thbeforethesale.Afterthistime,youwillstillbeabletoprintyourtags,butyouwillnotbeabletocreateanynewtags.

FortheSPRINGsale,pleasedonotbringsnowsuits,winterboots,skatesorotherfall/winterrelateditemstosellastheywillnotbeputonthesalefloor.

FortheFALLsale,youmayincludeHalloween,Christmas,andsnowattire.Pleasedonotbringtanktops,sandals,largeoutdoortoysorotherspring/summeritemstosellastheywillberemovedfromthesalefloor.

Exceptions:Bathingsuits,anddressupclothes/costumesmaybesoldatbothsales.QualityguidelinesItemsmustbeingoodcondition:clean,nostains,notbroken,puzzlesandgamesmustbecomplete.Toprotecttheintegrityofthesaleforallmembers,itemsthatdonotadheretoourguidelineswillnotbeaccepted.Anadditional25%maybedeductedfromtherebatechequeforsubmittingitemsthatarerejectedornotpickedupattheendofthesale.AllitemswillbecheckedbyateamofQualityControlvolunteerstoensuretheyaresuitabletosell,notexcessivelyworn,complete,andinworkingorder.
