1. It is a condition of booking that all event fees are paid on booking. If payment is not made in full at the time of
booking, registration will be provisional.
2. Bookings received less than 2 weeks before the conference date can only be made by credit card or bank transfer.
3. Registration information will be sent to registered delegates by email at least seven days prior to the event.

4. Keynote World Media Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry i f monies have not been received.
5. Spaces are limited. Keynote World Media Ltd therefore reserves the right to refuse and refund monies if the
event is over-subscribed.

7. In order to qualify for any early bird rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date
