Welcome and IntroductionRight Networks will work with CLA staff and CLA clients to assist with migration to the Right Networks Cloud.
Migration and onboarding services will be provided by a combination of CLA staff and Right Networks Support staff.

TerminologyRight Networks Cloud – The environment that you access after a successful login.
Data Structure – The layout of client and staff information on the system.
Region/State/Office – Each level of visibility within the CLA structure.
Status – The current state of a CLA staff or client account during migration.
Username – The User ID that is provided to each user.
My Account – Online portal equipped with self service utilities.
Remote Desktop – The application and protocol used to access Right Networks.
TS Print – The print client used to send print jobs from Right Networks to a local computer.
File Manager – The web utility used to access, upload, or download data on Right Networks.

Account Status Overview – Data ProvidedCLA will collect the following information regarding the staff and client accounts that will need to be provisioned:
• User contact information • Number of users• Access level• Location• QuickBooks licensing info • Number of QB files • CLA onboard or RN onboard option
This information will be submitted to Right Networks in groups.

Account Status Overview – Account CreatedUpon receipt of the data provided, Right Networks will provision the requested users, as specified, within 1-2 business days.
A few important takeaways: • CLA Bill Date = 25th of each month• 26th to the 10th = RN will auto-create• 11th through the 24th = RN will obtain permission to create• Client Directories will appear upon creation
The creation of the accounts are a billing event, so maximizing efficiency in scheduling these migrations is important to minimize potential cost.

Account Status Overview – Appointment SetWhen providing data to Right Networks, you will have the option to choose which clients you would like to self-onboard and which clients you want Right Networks staff to onboard.
Option 1: Self Onboard – Right Networks will create the user account and deliver a welcome mail to both the client and the CLA staff member.
Option 2: RN Onboard – Right Networks will deliver a welcome mail to each client directly with a link for the client to schedule an onboard appointment:
Click the time zone corresponding with your office location. (Eastern, Mountain, Central, Pacific)
The client can include the CLA staff contact information in the “Notes” section of the appointment scheduler, if your staff member would like to be conferenced in for the call.

Account Status Overview – Self MigrationDownload Process1. Navigate to and access Novel Aspect:

Citrix Storefront page. 3. Access the Q: drive and select each
QB file you would like to copy. 4. Click Edit > Copy to add those files to
your clipboard.5. Paste the files to a local folder on your
computer.

Right Networks Cloud - Best PracticesLog Off Properly: At the end of your session, always log off by using Start > Log Off or by clicking the Log Off icon on your Right Networks desktop. Do not hit the “X” button.
Directory/Folders: Do not rename or edit folder names within the company directory structure (I: drive). If another user is mapped directly to that folder, changing its name will break the access of other users needing to see that folder. You can re-structure your H: drive as that is for personal use.
Right-Click Security: Right-click functionality is not available within the Desktop and File Explorer. Users should utilize the File and Edit menu options or Control+C (copy) and Control+V (paste).
