Identifying & Serving HumanTrafficking Survivors atDomestic Abuse Programs

End Domest ic Abuse Wisconsin presents

November 20 , 2019 | 8 :30am - 4 :30pm

Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West

Milwaukee , WI

Different systems focus on different aspects of trafficking; one system cannot

adequately address the problem, and no services are designed to meet all the needs of

trafficking victims. How do domestic abuse programs fit into this picture?

We will explore these aspects of our work during this full-day, interactive training. Join

Morgan Young (Office of Crime Victim Services, WI Department of Justice) andpresenters from the Asha Project, Waukesha Women’s Center, and UMOS LatinaResource Center. We will come together to review tools and resources, and consider

real-life case scenarios of trafficking survivors who worked with Wisconsin domestic

abuse programs.

Please see Selected Training & Resources on page 2, which suggests foundational

information for this event.

This event is designed for advocates of DV or dual DV/SA programs. Others please

contact [email protected] before registering.
