Sauvignon Blanc
The vineyard is currently in a grape contract with Treasury Wine Estates for years 2017, 2018, and 2019, with an automatic renewal for subesquent years unless written notice is given.
There is a 140+/- GPM ag well used for irrigation and a reservoir used for frost protection.
There is an approximately 1,200 square foot metal shop on a concrete slab with a 600 square foot awning area, a 500 square foot covered area for farming implements, and an approximately 1,200 square foot well-kept 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home with a deck area for lounging and taking in the scenery.

Tucked away in a narrow valley east of Upper Lake, the Clover Valley Vineyard is comprised of 31+/- acres of Sauvignon Blanc on a single 40.5 acre parcel. In 2001 approximately 11 acres of vineyard were planted to Sauvignon Blanc and 4 acres were planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2002 the remaining 16 acres of vineyard were planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2006 and 2007 all of the Cabernet Sauvignon was t-budded to Sauvignon Blanc and the vineyard remains that way today - a highly productive jewel in a quiet location off the beaten path. The ranch has a large steel building on a concrete foundation, small modular with deck for lounging, stick built covered area for storing farm implements, a 140+/-GPM ag well, and a reservoir for frost protection.
