To be a cluster manager is a complex mission, it’s like being on stage, performing a live concert, singing the inspiring stories, and also being a politician, selling the vision about a better future together and at the same time keeping track of engagement, resources and indicators.
To be able to do this and focus on the cluster vision and put our energy on driving innovation and internationalization we developed excellent tools like a great business plan, a visual dashboard to explain indicators and performance and a web based project portfolio management system.
