    Steel weight = 22 kg/m2

    Covering = 15 kg/m2

    Live load = According to Egyptian Code

    Wind load = According to Egyptian Code

    Required

    1. Draw to scale 1:100 the bracing system required for the stability of the

    structure in all views.

    2. Design an intermediate purlin

    3. Compute the maximum internal forces in the truss members

    4. Design the truss members as two back-to-back angles

    5. Design the back Tie AC as two back-to-back UPNs

    6. Design all truss and tie connections using fillet welding and HS Bolts

    7. Draw the truss to scale 1:10
