Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to present the enclosed proposal tomarket your property. In this area there are 27 properties for sale. With a low listingprice of $60,000.00. , high being $180,000.00. The sold homes over the past year are alow of $36,900.00 to a high of 152,000.00. With that in mind I would put the value of1215 Tulip at $124,900.00. When we meet this week for lunch I will go over all the properties that are for sale and

sold in this market. Even the properties I did not use. I did raise the value on the subjectfor being closer to the water. I did not use some REO property that would drive downthe value. I felt most of these are now off the market and behind us. This proposal includes a comprehensive market analysis that will assist us indetermining the market value and pricing of your home.
