We are pleased to announce that as of April 20, 2018, Bear State Bank is now part of Arvest Bank. This fall, we will take the final step and change the Bear State name to Arvest Bank. While we may look different, we hope that you will continue to enjoy local decision-making and our commitment to community and customer service.

For now, continue to bank at Bear State branches as usual. When the conversion is complete this fall you can begin to bank at Arvest branches.

Q: WHEN WILL THE CONVERSION TO ARVEST BANK BE COMPLETE? A: The conversion is scheduled to be complete this fall. Before then you will receive a Welcome Package with

important information about the transition of your Bear State account(s) to Arvest, including information about your account(s), how to log in to online & mobile banking, and what to expect during the transition.

Q: WILL THE NAME OF THE BANK CHANGE? WHEN? A: Yes. When the conversion is complete this fall, the name of the bank will be Arvest Bank.

Q: WHEN WILL MY BEAR STATE BANK ACCOUNT(S) BE TRANSFERRED TO ARVEST BANK? A: Your Bear State account(s) will become Arvest accounts when the conversion is complete this fall.

Q: WHEN CAN I START USING ARVEST BANK BRANCHES? A: For now, continue to bank at Bear State branches as usual. When the conversion is complete this fall you can

begin to bank at all Arvest branches.

Q: WILL ARVEST BANK CONTINUE TO BE INVOLVED IN MY COMMUNITY? A: Arvest and Bear State share a similar commitment to the community involvement. Arvest will continue to be

mailing address, as well as your phone number and email address, with Bear State. Watch your mailbox for updates regarding the conversion.
