MIX loading bellows have the following peculiarities and advantages:1) Efficiency and reliability for a long time are assured by the “rocker arm system” and the high quality of the materials, in particular thosethat are in contact with the product, more subject to wear.2) The very good purchase price compared to the maintenance costs is confirmed by the proposed solutions (structure motor/ rocker arm /

revolution counter / terminal board with crankcase, accessible on 2 sides) and by the easy maintenance.3) The modularity and the targeted research of components allow the standardization of the systems of cable traction on the same structure.

The solution with articulation of pipes allows restricting the down flow of the product toward the filter, in order to help the right extension orretraction of pipes, and to assure continuously the alignment of pipes. The compact filter, included in the system (present in the versionSCF300), is composed of modular items belonging to the MIX filter range (reliable, robust, easy to use and with easy maintenance).

4) Safety in the use is assured by the efficient safety systems to prevent accidents (revolution counter with cam system, optional safety systemof flow interruption in case of overpressure and self-braking motor); all are according to the Directive 98/37/EEC (former 89/392/EEC).

Die Lösung mit beweglichen Rohren ermöglichteinen reibungslosen, kontinuierlichen Durchsatz des Verladegutes ohne Stauungen oder Verstopfungen. Ausserdem sind die Teleskopröhrenso gebaut, dass sie immer problemlos aus- und einfahren. Der kompakte und eingebaute Filter (in der Ausführung SCF300) in seiner modularenBauweise besteht sämtlichst aus Teilen die alle aus dem Bereich der MIX Staubfilterproduktion stammen. Das sorgt für einen zuverlässigen,leistungsstarken und unproblematischen Betrieb.

4) Die sichere Verwendung wird von den wirkenden Sicherheitssysteme gegen Unfälle versichert: Drehzahlmesser mit Nockensystem, und alsOption Selbstbremsmotor und Sicherheitssystem für die Strömunterbrechung bei Überdruck), die gemäss der Richtlinie 98/37/EWG (ehemalige89/392/EWG) geplant und hergestellt werden.
