We specialize in structural fabrication and CNC machining using the latest technology, such as CNC twin turret lathes with live tooling attachments. Our CNC milling machines are capable of producing 3 & 4 axis parts with great precision. We use the latest CNC programming software from SURFCAM VELOCITY 4.0 CAD/CAM and SolidWorks 2012 . We have a fully equipped manufacturing facility that can accommodate jobs from small parts to large structural projects. Our sta� is skilled at converting your sketch, drawing, or plan into a quality machined part.

The Haas VF-2 vertical machining center has 30" x 16" x 20" (762 x 406 x 508 mm) xyz travels.

The Haas VF-2 is a rugged, small-footprint VMC that yields reliability and accuracy in a small-

framed machine. The VF-2 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 20 hp vector Dual-Drive (Y-

Delta) motor. The VF-2 produces either 75 ft-lb of torque at a low 1400 rpm, or 250 ft-lb at 450 rpm

with the optional 2-speed gearbox -- and will also run up to 7500 rpm in 1.2 seconds for finishing

aluminum.
